  • Dump individual segment links of m3u8 file from FFFPEG/FFPROBE ?

    I am working on android app, in which i need to read individual segments of remote M3U8 file and downlnlad each segment locally and create local m3u8 file. For thati want to parse m3u8 file and get download links for each segment. I saw that FFMPEG can eaisly download m3u8 file, and while downloading it prints each segment url.

    I want to print ts file links in json format, and then dump thaose links to my download manager.

    


    Please help.

  • net core and video transcoding on aws lambda

    I'm looking for a solution to :

    


      

    1. upload video to s3 bucket

      2. 


    2. after video upload an aws lambda function will be triggered

      3. 


    3. lambda function will use ffmpeg layer in order to transcode video (mainly cropping with other functionalities)

      4. 


    4. save result (transcoded video into s3 bucket)

      5. 


    


    My language of choice inside lambda is c# and net core runtime.

    


    I have found various resources for video manipulation with aws ffmpeg layer using lambda function but no examples in net core lambda.

    


    My question is :

    


    


    Can I use existing FFmpeg/FFprobe Lambda Layer for Amazon Linux such
as this one with lambda function written in c# and .net core ?

    


    


    Another question :

    


    


    Would you suggest Amazon Elastic Transcoder as a better choice with
lambda function .net core integration ?

    avcodec/v4l2_context : Log warning when all capture buffers are in userspace

    v4l2_m2m uses device memory mapped buffers to store dequeued
    
frames/packets (reference counted by AVBufferRef). When the reference
    
count drops to zero, the buffer ownership is returned back to the
    
device, so that they can re-filled with frames/packets.
    

    There are some cases when all the capture buffers are in userspace
    
(i.e. due to internal buffering in ffmpeg). On the s5p-mfc this causes
    
an infinite wait when polling to dequeue the buffers, which can be
    
prevented by increasing the total number of buffers. This commit adds a
    
warning when all the capture buffers are dequeued.
