  MAINTAINERS : Split project server admin list
  This updates the list closer to reality.
  
  Iam not a professional server admin, iam happy to help maintain the box as i have
  
  done in the past. But iam not qualified nor volunteering to fix sudden problems
  
  nor do i do major upgrades (i lack the experience to recover the box remotely if
  
  something goes wrong) and also iam not maintaining backups ATM (our backup system
  
  had a RAID-5 failure, raz is working on setting a new one up)
  Maybe this should be signaled in a different way than spliting the lines but ATM
  
  people ping me if something is wrong and what i do is mainly mail/ping raz
  
  and try to find another root admin so raz is not the only active & professional
  
  admin on the team. It would be more efficient if people contact raz and others
  
  directly instead of depending on my waking up and forwarding a "ffmpeg.org" is down note

• What is wrong with this code ? Not working on Windows 10 / Ubuntu 14

  Trying to convert a .gif to .mp4 :

  Getting the same error on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14 : Error: Cannot find ffmpeg.

  What is wrong with the code ? Please help.

• How to make ffmpeg available inside my Docker container ?

  I’m currently trying to run a ffmpeg Docker image inside my own container with docker-compose using the depends_on clause. But when I try to reach ffmpeg inside my code, it seems like it’s not available system-wide and I get an error. I believe I’m misconfiguring Docker.

  My current Dockerfile is as follows :

  FROM node:9
  
  
  
  WORKDIR /usr/app
  
  
  
  COPY package*.json ./
  
  
  
  RUN npm install --quiet
  
  
  
  COPY . .

  And my docker-compose.yml :

  version: '3'
  
  services:
  
    app:
  
      build: .
  
      command: npm run dev
  
      volumes:
  
      - .:/usr/app/
  
      - /usr/app/node_modules
  
      ports:
  
        - "3000:3000"
  
      depends_on:
  
        - ffmpeg
  
    ffmpeg:
  
      image: jrottenberg/ffmpeg:3.3

  When I run docker-compose up I can see that the ffmpeg is actually working, but then my application proceeds to start and it seems that ffmpeg ceases to work.
