  • Ajouter notes et légendes aux images

    Pour pouvoir ajouter notes et légendes aux images, la première étape est d’installer le plugin "Légendes".
    Une fois le plugin activé, vous pouvez le configurer dans l’espace de configuration afin de modifier les droits de création / modification et de suppression des notes. Par défaut seuls les administrateurs du site peuvent ajouter des notes aux images.

    Préambule
    Cet article n’a pas pour but de détailler les installations de ces logiciels mais plutôt de donner des informations sur leur configuration spécifique.
    Avant toute chose SPIPMotion tout comme MediaSPIP est fait pour tourner sur des distributions Linux de type Debian ou dérivées (Ubuntu...). Les documentations de ce site se réfèrent donc à ces distributions. Il est également possible de l’utiliser sur d’autres distributions Linux mais aucune garantie de bon fonctionnement n’est possible.

  • Improve ffmpeg CPU usage by compramising quality

    I am using FFMpeg for screen capturing.
    I am looking for a screen capturing tool that will run on 1000 of VMs (windows and mac).The VMs have limited CPU (1 core) and 2GB ram and No GPU.

    Currently I invoke ffmpeg with

    ffmpeg  -y -framerate 8 -f dshow -f gdigrab -i "desktop"  -c:v libx264  -crf 0 -preset ultrafast -threads 0 temp.mkv

    I am using gdigrab to capture screen ? Is there any better options that might reduce cpu usage ? or changing the encoder or format ?

    I am aiming for 4-5% reduction in CPU usage.

  • Video compress based on device resolution

    I want to compress video without FFMPEG, I tried https://github.com/lalongooo/VideoCompressor it’s working fine but when I testing in all device the resolutions are different, like I captured video in Moto-E after compress it will be 2.30 MB and in S3 it will be 1.50 MB so it’s too blur result of S3, I stuck in it from many days ! Any another way of compress video If yes then please guys help to solve it !!! Thanks in advance

    I can create video thumbnails and get metadat from my videos path in my website via ffmpeg and php.

    


    but how can I create thumbnails or get metadat from videos stored in my dl host or any url of videos like "dl.example.com/video.mp4" ?
