FFMPEG Incorrect Stream Index Matching with -var_stream_map

I am using a bash script to run an FFMPEG command to turn an input file called Awoo.mkv into three HLS playlists each with a different resolution, video and audio bitrate.

This is the script :

This almost works great, but the output is slightly off...

If you look at these two lines :

A resolution of 1280x720 should have a bitrate of 2500k, a resolution of 960x540 should have a bitrate of 800k.

Stream #0:2 is given the wrong resolution of 960x540, and therefore also the wrong bitrate of 2500. This should be the resolution of 1280x720, but this is below matched with the bitrate of 800.

From what I know, the resolutions are showing in the wrong order, if 720 was first and 540 after then everything would match up fine. I’m not sure what’s causing this, I am new to the -var_stream_map.

Ruby on Rails - Paperclip - ffmpeg - throws error when adding style to "has_attached_file"

I’m working on image and video upload in a rails app using paperclip and ffmpeg.

The following code in models/image.rb is working fine :

has_attached_file :image,

processors: [:ffmpeg]

validates_attachment_content_type :image, content_type: /.*/

But, when I add styling to the code as follows, it throws an error on (page loading) :

How can I solve this ?

Update

This error is displayed only when trying to upload a video or or trying to load a page containing a video.

The code in pp/admin/resorts.rb mentioned in the error message is the following (I’m using activeadmin gem) :

FFmpeg freezes during m3u8 stream recording

Our team have implemented *.m3u8 stream recording into *.mp4 file. We are using Unity with FFmpeg Bind plugin for Android. Command for recording :
```
-reconnect_delay_max 4000 -i input.m3u8 -t 00:30:00 -c copy -bsf:a aac_adtstoasc -flags +global_header -y output.mp4.
```
The problem is FFmpeg freeze during the recording with non-stable internet connection. Even if internet connection stabilized new data wont be load. Callbacks like finish/failure doesnt calls. Is it some command for FFmpeg to handle not stable internet connection ?
