How to install ffmpeg and lame on Xampp for Mac ?
24 janvier 2012, par Guido Lemmens 2I've searched the internet for days to find out how to install
ffmpeg
(andlame
) on XAMPP for Mac (PHP). But I didn't find the key to my quetsion.I need to covert mp3's on my webserver (php) using lame, but I like to test it on my XAMPP for Mac first.
I think I need the "php_ffmpeg.dll" which can be downloaded at Sourceforge.
I found a step-by-step description here but this question only refers to XAMPP for Windows. But I need it for Mac.Can anyone help to supply a step-by-step description ?

create short movie from images and save into mp4 or 3gp format android
6 juin 2014, par new ProjectI want to make short movie clip from several images. I google very much but got only one answer that to use FFMPEG
I have tried to compile that native library from ndk-r8 using cygwin in windows 7 but nothing happens and shows compile error.
I have also try to compile and run github projects github.com/guardianproject/android-ffmpeg and github.com/appunite/AndroidFFmpeg but it also unsucessful.
when i’ve read projects descriptions then someone told that its only working in linux or mac but i think its not the problem beacause i am using cygwin that used for linux on windows.
In compiling i’ve got errors like prebuild library not found and something files not found.
Is there any solution by someone or have compiled library that helps me a lot. Please suggest me some working tutorial or example that saves my lots of days.
Thanks,.

Recapping WebM’s First Week
The WebM project launched last Wednesday with broad industry backing (watch video of the announcement). The list of supporters keeps growing with new additions such as the popular VLC media player, Miro Video Converter, HeyWatch cloud encoding platform, and videantis programmable processor platform. We’re also happy to see that future versions of IE will support playback of VP8 when the user has installed the codec.
Our announcement sparked discussions in the community around the design and quality of our developer release. We’ve done extensive testing of VP8 and know that the codec can match or exceed the quality of other leading codecs. Starting this week, the engineers behind WebM will post frequently to this blog with details on how to make optimal use of its VP8 video codec and Vorbis audio codec. We are confident that the open development model will bring additional improvements that will further optimize WebM. In fact, the power of open development is already visible, with developers submitting patches and the folks at Flumotion enabling live streaming support in their product just three days after the project was launched.
Keep an eye on this blog for regular updates on the adoption and development of WebM. To participate in the conversation or to ask questions of the WebM team, please join our discussion group.
