• ffmpeg tcp error -138 and HTTP error 503 while downloading from https source

  i'm trying to download media (video) files from sharepoint (i have view access), but during the process i get several "Connection to tcp ://xxx.xxxxx.ms:443 failed : Error number -138 occurred" or "HTTP error 503 Service Unavailable" errors

  i get more errors with the following parameters :

  less errors with :

  the output video is ok, but sound seems to be missing occasionally (a few seconds worth)

• mp4 format video can not play in ios

  I've problem for the playing mp4 format videos on ios and sometimes it no have any problem and play correctly.

  Videos with mkv format stores In my server daily,

  And I copy the codecs to mp4 to can support video playing in ios with this command of ffmpeg :

  


  ffmpeg -i Axl_Rose.mkv -map 0 -c copy -c:a aac -movflags +faststart Axl_Rose.mp4


  


  Sometimes the output can not play in ios.

  What should I do, and whats the problem ?

  


• FFMPEG on MACOSX is complaining "no matches found"

  I have a FFMPEG command line function that works perfectly on Windows but on Mac produces the following error :

  


  "no matches found [1:a]adelay=15000:all=1[aud2]"
  
"no matches found [2:a]adelay=5000:all=1[aud3]"

  


  Here is the command (less the full paths which just made it very hard to read). I've verified that the files exist at the paths specified by copying the file path from the command line and going into terminal, typing "open" then pasting in the copied path and pressing enter. In all cases they played.

  I know the immediate response (as it should be), is update your FFMPEG but I got the latest build (built on 2022-06-12) and here's what it reports...
