  • Script d’installation automatique de MediaSPIP

    Afin de palier aux difficultés d’installation dues principalement aux dépendances logicielles coté serveur, un script d’installation "tout en un" en bash a été créé afin de faciliter cette étape sur un serveur doté d’une distribution Linux compatible.
    Vous devez bénéficier d’un accès SSH à votre serveur et d’un compte "root" afin de l’utiliser, ce qui permettra d’installer les dépendances. Contactez votre hébergeur si vous ne disposez pas de cela.

  • Ajouter des informations spécifiques aux utilisateurs et autres modifications de comportement liées aux auteurs

    La manière la plus simple d’ajouter des informations aux auteurs est d’installer le plugin Inscription3. Il permet également de modifier certains comportements liés aux utilisateurs (référez-vous à sa documentation pour plus d’informations).
    Il est également possible d’ajouter des champs aux auteurs en installant les plugins champs extras 2 et Interface pour champs extras.

    Lorsque l’on gère plusieurs (voir plusieurs dizaines) de MediaSPIP sur la même installation, il peut être très pratique d’obtenir d’un coup d’oeil certaines informations.
    Cet article a pour but de documenter les scripts de monitoring Munin développés avec l’aide d’Infini.
    Ces scripts sont installés automatiquement par le script d’installation automatique si une installation de munin est détectée.

  • Running ffmpeg from a windows service on same machine encounters permissions issue

    I had been running a Windows Service, form my machine (which has full read/write access to a network drive).

    The command for ffmpeg was something like this :
    - i \filestore\test.avi -b 500000 -s 640x360 -ar 22050 -copyts -y -vcodec libx264 -acodec ac3 -y \filestore\mp4\test.mp4

    Running it from cmd works perfectly. Running it from a windows service, from the same machine, would yield a File Not found type error. Updating to the latest ffmpeg stable changed that to "Permission denied".

    I am running the service it as 'Local Account'. I was intending to run this on another server, so I need to get a grip on this !

    Does running a service on your machine run as a different user to you when you choose 'Local Account' ?

    I have found a lot of guides to download and convert live streams using ffmpeg.
    My problem is that i have downloaded a tv show using the video downloader app for ipad, transfarred the .ts files and m3u8 file to my mac.

    How do I convert it into an mp4 og mkv file using ffmpeg now that the files are located on my local hard drive ?

    I have tried converting each clip with a video converter but they are rendered with gaps, and other problems...

    I need it to play as smooth as on an ipad but on my mac.

    I have no idea how ffmpeg works. I just follow a tutorial to make the installation. and i dont know how to set up virtuel servers...

  • ffmpeg fails on too bad TS stream

    ffmpeg stops transcode *.ts file if some bad TS packets in it.

    Any bad TS packet has TEI flag signed (Transport Error Indicator).

    Whow to drive ffmpeg to ignor bad TS backets ?
