  • Installation en mode ferme

    Le mode ferme permet d’héberger plusieurs sites de type MediaSPIP en n’installant qu’une seule fois son noyau fonctionnel.
    C’est la méthode que nous utilisons sur cette même plateforme.
    L’utilisation en mode ferme nécessite de connaïtre un peu le mécanisme de SPIP contrairement à la version standalone qui ne nécessite pas réellement de connaissances spécifique puisque l’espace privé habituel de SPIP n’est plus utilisé.

  • Ajouter notes et légendes aux images

    Pour pouvoir ajouter notes et légendes aux images, la première étape est d’installer le plugin "Légendes".
    Une fois le plugin activé, vous pouvez le configurer dans l’espace de configuration afin de modifier les droits de création / modification et de suppression des notes. Par défaut seuls les administrateurs du site peuvent ajouter des notes aux images.

  • Configuration spécifique d’Apache

    Modules spécifiques
    Pour la configuration d’Apache, il est conseillé d’activer certains modules non spécifiques à MediaSPIP, mais permettant d’améliorer les performances : mod_deflate et mod_headers pour compresser automatiquement via Apache les pages. Cf ce tutoriel ; mode_expires pour gérer correctement l’expiration des hits. Cf ce tutoriel ;
    Il est également conseillé d’ajouter la prise en charge par apache du mime-type pour les fichiers WebM comme indiqué dans ce tutoriel.

    Le plug est pour spip 3.0.1 mini, donc j’ajoute la borne mini à médias en mettant 2.7.27 (version native à spip 3.0.1) ​http://zone.spip.org/trac/spip-zone/browser/_core_/tags/spip-3.0.1/plugins/medias/paquet.xml
    L’unique intérêt de ce commit est de faire en sorte que les gens qui consultent le xml sur plugin.spip est une info fiable

  • How to create thumbnail about torrent without downloading video files ? [on hold]

    Most of time, torrent sites like RARBG/The Pirate Bay/KickAss would return many query results even through I have typed in many detailed keywords, which is not strange because there are many people upload it.

    So, when i want to watch/download a torrent movie, it’s better to check the video first to find out that :

    • is it a fake video
    • is the video watermarked
    • is there some AD in the video
    • is it 1980*1080 or 640*480 ??

    What i want to do is creating thumbnail of the videos without download them, so that i can save a lot of broadband, disk space and time.

    Now I can create thumbnail with a python tool - vcsi, but it depends on the video file stored in disk.
    In fact, vcsi get meta information with ffprobe and create thumbnail using ffmpeg.

    WebTorrent may be a solution but it’s not good because I have a lot of torrent file to scan.
    I want to create thumbnail on a ubuntu VPS because it can run day and night, and i can post thumbnail under the torrent comments.
    Some key frame, resolution and duration are enough, maybe.

  • Stream over serial port using FFmpeg [closed]

    Is it possible to stream videos over the serial port using the FFmpeg library ? Or is there any other library that can compress and stream videos over serial ports ?
Now I am using the FFmpeg library to stream videos by UDP and LAN cables, but it must stream over the serial port.

    


    I also used a kind of Uart to ethernet converter hardware module to solve the problem and hopefully, this worked for me. But the project goal is to send video data over serial ports originally and not using some converters.

    


    Any suggestions would be helpful.
