    MediaSPIP is based on a system of themes and templates. Templates define the placement of information on the page, and can be adapted to a wide range of uses. Themes define the overall graphic appearance of the site.
    Anyone can submit a new graphic theme or template and make it available to the MediaSPIP community.

    You can help us to improve the language used in the software interface to make MediaSPIP more accessible and user-friendly. You can also translate the interface into any language that allows it to spread to new linguistic communities.
    To do this, we use the translation interface of SPIP where the all the language modules of MediaSPIP are available. Just subscribe to the mailing list and request further informantion on translation.

    Par défaut, beaucoup de fonctionnalités sont limitées aux administrateurs mais restent configurables indépendamment pour modifier leur statut minimal d’utilisation notamment : la rédaction de contenus sur le site modifiables dans la gestion des templates de formulaires ; l’ajout de notes aux articles ; l’ajout de légendes et d’annotations sur les images ;

    I can't find a 32-bit version of ffmpeg for Windows with developer files anywhere. When I say "developer files" I mean avcodec-xx.dll, avcodec.lib, avcodec.h, et cetera.

    


    Is there something available online other than the source code ?

    I want to download a mp4 from m3u8 link using ffmpeg command.

    ffmpeg -i https://hls.mediacdn.vn/vtv/2019/4/7/0704sao-mai-1554652229269816114782-af6d9.mp4/master.m3u8 -c copy -bsf:a aac_adtstoasc output1.mp4

    But an error occurred when loading first segment
