    Lorsque votre demande est validée, vous pouvez alors procéder à la création proprement dite du canal. Chaque canal est un site à part entière placé sous votre responsabilité. Les administrateurs de la plateforme n’y ont aucun accès.
    A la validation, vous recevez un email vous invitant donc à créer votre canal.
    Pour ce faire il vous suffit de vous rendre à son adresse, dans notre exemple "http://votre_sous_domaine.mediaspip.net".

    aac_adtstoasc makes the aac extradata available only after the first packet
    
is filtered, and as packet side data.
    

    Assume extradata will be available as part of the first packet if
    
avpriv_mpeg4audio_get_config() fails the first time due to missing extradata
    
and reserve space for the OutputSampleRate element in the Tracks master.

    avformat/matroskaenc : fix cue relative position values when CRC32 is enabled

    The dynamic buffer does not contain the CRC32 element so calls to avio_tell()
    
don’t take it into account. This resulted in CueRelativePosition values being
    
six bytes short.
    
This is a regression since 6724525a1576ca334d2ffdc085620bb44aea7394
    

    Instead of adding yet another custom check for CRC32 to fix a size or an offset,
    
remove the existing ones and reserve the six bytes in the dynamic buffer.

    PS : une petite imprécision dans https://www.spip.net/fr_article2002.html :
    - l’extension est supposée être en Minuscules

    Je m’attendais à trouver un plugin pour ajouter le formulaire permettant aussi d’insérer la vignette associée... mais je n’ai pas trouvé :
    Est-ce une proposition de code à fournir ? (pas la peine d’en faire un plugin.... ajout dans ./plugins-dist/medias ?)
     ? formulaire du Privé / réservé Webmestre / dans le menu ... "Maintenance" (déjà encombré) ou "Squelettes" ?
