Libav linking error : undefined references
22 février 2017, par FedechHere’s my problem :
- I built ffmpeg from source (version 1.2), the libav* libraries are in /usr/local/lib and they’re static
- I’m compiling a ns3 (www.nsnam.org) module, so my only control over the linker is through the env variable LINKFLAGS
- In the source the headers are in a "extern C" block, so it’s not the usual g++ name mangling
- I set LINKFLAGS="-I/usr/local/include/libavformat -I/usr/local/include/libavcodec -I/usr/local/include/libavutil -L/usr/local/lib -lavformat -lavcodec -lavutil", and the linker can’t seem to find any of the libav* functions I call (I get a lot of "undefined reference" and then "collect2 : error : ld returned status 1"
Can anyone help me ? Thanks...

Damaged h264 stream not working with ffmpeg but working with vlc or mplayer
15 avril 2013, par gregoiregentilI have a h264 file, coming from an rtsp stream, that is slightly damaged. Some frames are altered.
ffmpeg reports :
ffmpeg -i stream.mpg

How could I fix this problem, i.e. having ffmpeg to output something similar to what mplayer and vlc output ?

FFmpeg returning an error - What does it mean ?
19 mars 2013, par user1031947I am using FFmpeg, libmp3lame & libx264 along with the node fluent-ffmpeg module. This is my first foray into processing uploaded videos.
From node, I use the following code to process an uploaded video :
var proc = new ffmpeg({ source: src, nolog: true })
.usingPreset( "podcast" )
.withAudioCodec( "libmp3lame" )
.saveToFile( dest, function( retcode, err ){
if( err ) throw err;
...
});When I try to process a video, this fails with the following error, which I don't understand. I am hoping someone here can help point me in the right direction. Thanks !
