  • Trying to add Watermark to Video FFMPEG

    8 mai 2021, par Michael Bouix

    I'm trying to add watermark to my video
When I upload some videos work fine, but some videos I get an error that retrieve the file with 0kb.
I don't know if its why the video is 4k... I have no idea
And I'm running another command to scale the video with the same file and work fine too, only when adding my watermark I get the error

    This is the command :

    $comando_arquivo_water = "/usr/bin/ffmpeg -nostdin -i ".$path_video." -i ".$path_logo." -filter_complex '[1][0]scale2ref=w=oh*mdar:h=ih*0.2[logo][video];[video][logo]overlay=(W-w)/2:(H-h)/2' -y ".$water_final_nome." > out.txt 2> err.txt";

    And this is what I'm getting

    What can I do ?

  • Ffmpeg rounds seconds instead of using the milliseconds part

    10 mai 2021, par NourElDineA

    I tried to cut a video using the following command :

    ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -ss 00:00:00 -to 00:00:06.600 output.mp4

    When I run the command ffmpeg rounds up and the output video is 7 seconds instead of 6.6 seconds.
I would like to know if there is a way to cut the video precisely where I tell it to.
