  • Merge videos with different start times and show them on a grid

    I have multiple video files of a conference call. However, each participant joined the call at a different time, which resulted in the fact that each video file has a different start time offset values.

    My purpose is to play back this conference. However, I did not record the conference as 1 video, it is recorded with multiple video files, instead.
    How do I stitch these videos ?

    There is also a paid solution to merge video fragments to a single clip – this will make the client-side much simpler. But can I do it for free ?

    The expected outcome is to have one video showing three videos on a grid.
    When ffmpeg stitches the videos, it should consider their start time values properly so that the videos are played accordingly.

    I would like to crop and resize multiple videos that exist in one folder using Ffmpeg.

    


    I did it with a single video but unfortunately, I don't know how to apply it to multiple videos in one line of command.

    


    Crop ; code for single video

    


    ffmpeg -i input1.mp4 -filter:v "crop=1000:1000” output1.mp4

    


    Resize ; code for single video

    


    ffmpeg -i output1.mp4 -vf scale=512:512 -preset slow -crf 18 output2.mp4

    


    I want to crop multiple videos (more than 50 videos in one folder) to be 1000X1000 and then resize them again to be 512X512.

    


    Any help ? advice ?

    I am developing a software that use FFMPEG AVPixelFormat for images and videos. I want it to be compatible with most common pixel formats.

    


    Is there a website where I can download images/videos that have all kind of pixel formats for testing purpose (like RGBA, BGRA, YUV, Greyscale, ...) ?
