The MediaSPIP player used has been created specifically for MediaSPIP and can be easily adapted to fit in with a specific theme.
For older browsers the Flowplayer flash fallback is used.

FFMPEG : Position images in video when creating slide show
29 décembre 2015, par JimmyI’m using FFMPEG shell utility in an Android app to convert users pictures to video, here’s an example command :
cat *.jpg | ffmpeg -f image2pipe -r 10 -vcodec mjpeg -i - -vcodec libx264 -s 1280x720 -preset ultrafast slideshow.mp4
I used to crop images when the user import it in the app but now I would like to allow the user to reposition the image later, here’s an example :
So the user could drag or zoom the image to position it in the clear area (video ratio).
So using the ffmpeg shell command can I specify the image coordinate for each image and position the image in the video.

Modifying CISCO openh264 to take image frames and out compressed frames
16 mai 2017, par Khurram AminHas anyone tried to modify the CISCO openh264 library to take JPEG images as input and compress them into P and I frames (output as frames, NOT video) and similarly to modify decoder to take compressed P and I frames and generate uncompressed-frames ?
I have a camera looking at a static scene and taking pictures (1280x720p) every 30 second. The scene is almost static. Currenlty I am using JPEG compression to compress each frame individually and it is resulting in an image size of 270KB. This compressed frame is transferred via internet to a storage server. Since there is very little motion in the scene, the ’I’ frame size will be very small (I think it should be 20-50KB). So it will be very cost effective to transmit I frames over internet instead of JPEG images.
Can anyone guide me to some project or about how to proceed with this task ?
