• Why every audio part is louder in FFmpeg when I join them in one audio ?

  I trying to make dubbing for audio. I have original audio track and I want to put translated audio parts on top of the original.

  


  translated audio 100% vol : —p1--- ---p2— -----p3--- —p4—

  


  original audio 5% vol : -----------------------------------------

  


  Here is my FFmpeg command with filter_complex

  Audios I put on top of the original audio track is the same -i 989-audio.mp3 I made it by purpose to show the problem
And here is the audio levels on final generated track.


  


  As you can see, first and second only slightly different but third
and fourth have totally different(higher) volume level (Notice, audio is the same).
Why it's happened ? And how can I workaround this odd behaviour ?

  


• Convert CODEC of all videos in a folder from "Codec : MPEG-H Part2/HEVC (H.265) (hev1)" to "Codec : H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1)" [closed]

  I've downloaded shows and cant get them to play on TV as the codec is not supported. H264 is a compatible codec. I have noted the codec of the videos in the title of this post, and the codec which is compatible (264). I need help converting in bulk, all videos in a folder to the compatible codec - H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1).

  I have tried changing the file type from mkv —> mp4 but the issue is the codec. I need help bulk converting the codec (265—>264)

  I also have another video file that is 3 minutes long. and has no audio. What is the fastest way to encode the other video in a way that it is encoded like my main video and then replace the last three minutes of the video track of my original video with this ?

  In other words.
  I have video A that is 1 hour long. With the encoding shown above.

  I have video B that is 3 minutes long with no audio. with a random encoding.

  I want to have video C with the same encoding and same audio as A. But it’s video track would be the first 57 minutes of A + B(which is 3 minutes).

  I want to do this as fast as possible so I would like to not re encode A.

  I know how to concatenate two videos, I use this command :

  ffmpeg -f concat -i files.txt -c copy res.mp4
