    MediaSPIP 0.2 is the first MediaSPIP stable release.
    Its official release date is June 21, 2013 and is announced here.
    The zip file provided here only contains the sources of MediaSPIP in its standalone version.
    To get a working installation, you must manually install all-software dependencies on the server.
    If you want to use this archive for an installation in "farm mode", you will also need to proceed to other manual (...)

    Le plugin emballe médias a été développé principalement pour la distribution mediaSPIP mais est également utilisé dans d’autres projets proches comme géodiversité par exemple. Plugins nécessaires et compatibles
    Pour fonctionner ce plugin nécessite que d’autres plugins soient installés : CFG Saisies SPIP Bonux Diogène swfupload jqueryui
    D’autres plugins peuvent être utilisés en complément afin d’améliorer ses capacités : Ancres douces Légendes photo_infos spipmotion (...)

    Vous pouvez nous aider à améliorer les locutions utilisées dans le logiciel ou à traduire celui-ci dans n’importe qu’elle nouvelle langue permettant sa diffusion à de nouvelles communautés linguistiques.
    Pour ce faire, on utilise l’interface de traduction de SPIP où l’ensemble des modules de langue de MediaSPIP sont à disposition. ll vous suffit de vous inscrire sur la liste de discussion des traducteurs pour demander plus d’informations.

  • adding silent audio in ffmpeg

    I’m trying to use ffmpeg to add a silent audio track to a MOV file.

    I created a silent audio track longer than the video, and intend to use the -shortest option with ffmpeg.

    Using SoX v14.3.1, I run this to generate a wav file :

    sox -n -r 44100 -b 16 -c 2 -L silence.wav trim 0.0 60.000

    # -n  = Sox's null file
    # -r = sample rate
    # -b = bits per sample
    # -c = num of channels
    # -L = little endian
    # filename
    # trim - is an effect, args start and length.

    My basic ffmpeg command looks like this :

    ffmpeg -shortest \
    -i silence.wav -acodec pcm_s16le \
    -i vid_no_sound.mov -vcodec copy vid_with_sound.mov

    The result of this is :

    I'm trying to achieve Grabbing a frame from a MultipartFile or URL and here's my attempt.

    Both of them generates an AUDIO type of Frame, so later I can't buffer an image out of it, tried different videos, frameRate, frameNumber, same result.

So I manage to get the frame with following code

    But another problem occurred
