    The zip file provided here only contains the sources of MediaSPIP in its standalone version.
    To get a working installation, you must manually install all-software dependencies on the server.

  • Multilang : améliorer l’interface pour les blocs multilingues

    Multilang est un plugin supplémentaire qui n’est pas activé par défaut lors de l’initialisation de MediaSPIP.
    Après son activation, une préconfiguration est mise en place automatiquement par MediaSPIP init permettant à la nouvelle fonctionnalité d’être automatiquement opérationnelle. Il n’est donc pas obligatoire de passer par une étape de configuration pour cela.

  • The final request has incomplete range header while streaming webm using shaka player

    I’m streaming a webm file using shaka player.
    While streaming using shaka player the last cluster is not fetched because the range header in the request is in complete. It looks like this :
    range: bytes=9511454-
    What should I change to get a complete range header from shaka player ?

    I followed the procedure shown here for encoding the video and audio files and generating the manifest file. In addition to this, I encoded the video file using ffmpeg before running it through mkvmuxer_sample.

    I have several videos and photos and need to merge them with the cross-dissolve effect. The algorithm is next :

    


      

    1. Create videos from images and add silent audio to them (so they will also have a sound stream) :

    And all works pretty well, but if I have, for example :

    Then the sound from the second video is mapping to the first picture and sound from the third video to second video. And the third video actually goes without sound.

    


    It seems like it's happening because the silent sound of the first picture is pretty short. An I right ?
If so, how can I increase its duration ?

    


    I would much appreciate any help with this !

    


  • Traceback error with Python when using ffmpeg to convert a video

    The simple way my script runs is the user provides a folder location and a filetype and glob.glob() finds the files with the filetype provided and adds them to a list. It then uses a for loop and goes through the list and converts each video. But it doesn't like when I try to run my ffmpeg command. Any help would be awesome. I'm also using Win 7 64 bit with 64 bit ffmpeg and Python 3.3
    Here's the error :

    I've looked around and most of the tutorials are in 2.7 the code is 3.3 and I can't find a tutorial to use ffmpeg for 3.3. My ffmpeg is set to 'ffmpeg64' on my PATH.
