Color matching by color mapping using feature detection
22 mai 2018, par Fabien BillerMy goal is to match colors of two videos filming the same scene at slightly different positions. For this purpose, I created an algorithm that searches for corresponding features in one matching still frame of both videos. I then normalized the color relationships of the matching pixels
(r-value + 1) / 256
(g-value + 1) / 256
(b-value + 1) / 256and converted them into curves as in
curves=r='0.1/0.2 ...':g=....'
Yet the result is rubbish.
I need to actually tell ffmpeg with a number of rgb-values : "This rgb-value is to be this rgb-value" and not separately map each red value of for instance 66 to 22, but map each 66-22-18 to 44-77-123. The missing mappings should be interpolated.
Or can a list of
Color1 maps to Color2
be converted into curves or similar ?

Create an image in PHP and turn it into a 10-second video [on hold]
17 septembre 2019, par Emil A.I remember being able to create an image in PHP with custom text and background etc, then output it (or save) as a JPG/PNG etc. I want to do this but output this 1 frame as a 10-second MP4-video. How can I achieve this ?
(Note : The end-result will show an unique and dynamical URL for cases where someone tries to watch the video without permission ; think hotlink-prevention for video.)

download youtube video as audio file, with URL in filename, to a specific output directory
9 octobre 2018, par thanks_in_advanceI do this to download a video as an audio file (mp3), with the video’s youtube URL (URI actually) in the audio file’s filename (I like having the URI in the filename because it helps me identify which video I grabbed the audio from) :
youtube-dl --extract-audio --audio-format mp3 --prefer-ffmpeg --ffmpeg-location "C:\FFMPEG" "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k1-TrAvp_xs" --audio-quality 0
The con with this approach : with this command, the file downloads to the same directory that contains
youtube-dl.exe
I do this to download a youtube video as an audio file (mp3) to a specific output directory :
youtube-dl -o "C:\Documents\Downloads\%(title)s.%(ext)s" --extract-audio --audio-format mp3 --prefer-ffmpeg --ffmpeg-location "C:\FFMPEG" "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k1-TrAvp_xs" --audio-quality 0
The con with this approach : with this command, the downloaded audio file’s filename doesn’t contain the youtube video’s URI.
My Question : How can I combine the above 2 commands such that the downloaded audio file doesn’t have either of the cons mentioned above ?
