ffmpeg video merging issues for videos recorded from andriod mobile phone
14 avril 2021, par Nishit ModiFollowing is the command I'm using :

sudo ffmpeg -i video1.mp4 -i video2.mp4 -filter_complex "[1]tpad=start_mode=clone:start_duration=15[tr];[0][tr]xstack=inputs=2:layout=0_0|w0_0[v];[1:a]adelay=15s:all=true[a1];[0:a][a1]amix=inputs=2[a]" -map "[v]" -map "[a]" output.mp4

It took a couple of hours to merge the videos. Original videos are 6 MBs in size. Merged video is approx 2 GB in size.

It is working fine with videos recorded from the iphone.

Update :
The issue is regarding different fps in different videos. If two videos are of different fps, then it is taking too long and eventually break.

Full log :

ffmpeg -i video1.mp4 -i video2.mp4 -filter_complex "[1]tpad=start_mode=clone:start_duration=15[tr];[0][tr]xstack=inputs=2:layout=0_0|w0_0[v];[1:a]adelay=15s:all=true[a1];[0:a][a1]amix=inputs=2[a]" -map "[v]" -map "[a]" output_ia_2.mp4

FFMPEG : Writing raw planar sample format into a file
24 juin 2013, par user2439801i've started using ffmpeg on Visual Studio 2010 and encounter some problem on writing planar audio samples into a file.
For packed sample format i just use :
fwrite(audio_data[0], 1, audio_bufsize, audio_file);
where audio_data[0] is my buffer and audio_buffsize is the size of my buffer and audio_file is the pointer to my file.
When i use this line to write packed sample format everything seems to be fine, but when i try to write planar sample format i got the sound but with a lot of noises.
So is there better (or correct) way to write planar sample format or do i have to resample it into packed sample format ?
Thanks

encoding wav file for sample
23 février 2017, par deshuI saw one sample in encoding wav file,here is the sample
in this part of code have doubt :
/* encode a single tone sound */
float t, tincr;
t = 0;
tincr = 2 * M_PI * 440.0 / c->sample_rate;
for(i=0; i<2000; i++) {
for(j=0;j* encode the samples */what is 2000 here,in basis of what we have to give this value,because of this i thing my encoding is not correct,any suggestion will be helpfull
