    Une file d’attente stockée dans la base de donnée

    Commit 4ef5e7d4722 add qmin/qmax support to videotoolbox encoder.
    
The default value of (qmin, qmax) is (2, 31), which makes bitrate
    
control doesn't work as users' expectations.

without an offset, so add a dummy zero offset.

    I'm having real trouble getting my webcam to work and I wonder if anyone can help. Im running Raspian on a raspberry pi.

    When I run lsusb I get :
