  I want to make IPTV with a topology like this :

  Restream / source -----> IPTV server -----> User

  The problem at the moment is the question of bandwidth that is still large.

  Finally I announced by IPTV software providers to transcode with Intel QuickSync video and FFmpeg.

  I followed the steps given by the software provider at the following link :

  I installed IPTV software on a laptop with an Intel processor, chipset and VGA.

  but when I do a transcoding test, an error always appears :

  I try to change the time for subtitle and every time this pop up on my face

  friends, how can I run commands ffmpeg in Laravel and Windows ?
And how is the ffmpeg installation correctly ?
Is it possible to execute custom commands with PHP-FFMPeg package ?

  


  I installed it as a enviroment variable and it recognizes it inside Cmd, but in Laravel it gives an error of not recognizing ffmpeg ?
