    Afin de palier aux difficultés d’installation dues principalement aux dépendances logicielles coté serveur, un script d’installation "tout en un" en bash a été créé afin de faciliter cette étape sur un serveur doté d’une distribution Linux compatible.
    Vous devez bénéficier d’un accès SSH à votre serveur et d’un compte "root" afin de l’utiliser, ce qui permettra d’installer les dépendances. Contactez votre hébergeur si vous ne disposez pas de cela.

    You can help us to improve the language used in the software interface to make MediaSPIP more accessible and user-friendly. You can also translate the interface into any language that allows it to spread to new linguistic communities.
    To do this, we use the translation interface of SPIP where the all the language modules of MediaSPIP are available. Just subscribe to the mailing list and request further informantion on translation.

    Ce script est écrit en bash. Il est donc facilement utilisable sur n’importe quel serveur.
    Il n’est compatible qu’avec une liste de distributions précises (voir Liste des distributions compatibles).
    Installation de dépendances de MediaSPIP
    Son rôle principal est d’installer l’ensemble des dépendances logicielles nécessaires coté serveur à savoir :
    Les outils de base pour pouvoir installer le reste des dépendances Les outils de développements : build-essential (via APT depuis les dépôts officiels) ; (...)

    I have a 720 x 1280 pixels video. How do I extend and scale it to 1920 x 1080 such that the aspect ratio is being kept and the black borders are a blurry version of the video, so you don’t really notice that it’s just a small vertical stripe.

    I started with

    ffmpeg -i video720x1280.mp4 -vf "scale=608:1080,pad=width=1920:height=1080:x=656:y=0:color=black" video1920x1080.mp4

  • ffmpeg overlays the video on the background video and deletes the black background of the original video

    I use this command to remove black background

    


    ffmpeg -i bg.mp4 -i video.mp4 -filter_complex [1:v]colorkey=0x000000:0.1:0.1[ckout];[0:v][ckout]overlay[out] -map [out] -t 5 -c:a copy -c:v libx264 -y result.mp4

The black color on the person in the original video will also be removed, how to solve it ?

    


  • getting black screen while trying to record dockerized lxde using ffmpeg

    I have created a docker image that has LXDE and TightVNCServer.

RUN touch /root/.Xauthority
COPY xstartup /root/.vnc/xstartup
RUN chmod +x /root/.vnc/xstartup
#Install Node.js & npm

# Define working directory.
WORKDIR /data

COPY * /data

RUN apt-get install -y ffmpeg


    


    I am running this container using this command :

    


    docker run -it --rm -v /data:/data -p 5901:5901 -e USER=root ubuntudsktp  bash -c "vncserver :1 -geometry 1280x800 -depth 24 && tail -F /root/.vnc/*.log"


    


    I am logging into this container using VNC and running this command to record the whole screen :

    


    ffmpeg -f x11grab -i :1.0 output.webm


    


    After the recording was over, I opened the video and I could see that the video is completely blank(black screen).

    


    this is also my input when i try to run glxinfo :

    


    # glxinfo | grep "OpenGL renderer"
Error: unable to open display


    


    I have also tried to run it using :

    


    DISPLAY=:1 ffmpeg -f x11grab -i :1.0 output.webm


    


    And the results are the same.

    


    What I am missing here ?
