    The traditional way to access a UAC compliant webcam mic has always been :

    under Android versions upto and including version 4.0 However as we all know, alsa implementation is one of the most problematic areas in sound implementation on Android.

    Has there been any changes in recent versions of Android as to how to access the builtin mic in a UAC complaint webcam or for that matter a USB mic

    video call drops when i'm in my car at more than 50kmph. i'm using ffmpeg to out-stream my video and vlc to capture friend's in-stream in flv rtmp live stream format on ubuntu with airtel 3g usb data card(3Mbps).

    what is the best streaming format and ffmpeg video quality options in this case ? are there any modems(with antennas) that support this system ?

    When I stream my FaceTime camera to YouTube over HLS, my video freezes every couple seconds. Which settings do I have wrong, or am missing ?
