I have some library like ffmpeg and sox on android and don’t have problem for mixing two audio, but for setting volume or Reverb wanna play two audio file simultaneously using mediaplayer, however it’s not possible because android doesn’t let us play two audio file with mediaplayer at same time even with two different object of mediaplayer. so, what is the solution ?

  • Convert video with FFMPEG Library in android

30 septembre 2017, par Sanat Pandey

I have a problem that I received a video file from the server which can not be played through video view from the app I am making. I don’t know what the actual problem is because all videos are played through same video view but the video received from the server side is not played. So, I think that I have to integrate FFMPEG in our android app, so I can play every video at a runtime conversion. For this, I have read much more about FFMPEG Library integration with Android through many sites as :

    http://www.roman10.net/how-to-build-android-applications-based-on-ffmpeg-by-an-example/

Downloaded some projects from GitHub (https://github.com/appunite/AndroidFFmpeg) but unable to succeed in building the Library through NDK. Something I missed and I am working on Windows machine, probably this might be a problem. I want the exact solution regarding this, means step by step solution for building the android project with FFMPEG Library. If you have some useful suggestion then please share with me.

  • How to compile ffmpeg-1.2.1 on windows with cygwin and android ndk r8e

    17 juin 2013, par Pratik

I have been trying to find the solution from last few days but unfortunately not even found a single solution which provides me the right direction..! I have goggled no of posts, examples etc.Lots of developers are facing the same problem.I know these things are easy to compile on OS X or any Linux.

so my question is that :

How to compile ffmpeg-1.2.1 on windows with cygwin and android ndk r8e
    or
if anybody had successfully complied the previous releases of ff-mpeg on windows they can tell me the necessary steps.

    I am using windows-7(32-bit)

    Downloaded sources :

    1) I have downloaded latest FFmpeg 1.2.1 "Magic" from FFMPEG sources.

    2) I have downloaded all the necessary packages in cygwin.

    3) I have also downloaded android-ndk-r8e from Android dev site.

I am trying to find the solution but
    any help would be appriciated.
