    Les commandes suivantes permettent d’avoir des informations sur les formats et codecs gérés par l’installation local de ffmpeg :
    ffmpeg -codecs ffmpeg -formats
    Les format videos acceptés en entrée
    Cette liste est non exhaustive, elle met en exergue les principaux formats utilisés : h264 : H.264 / AVC / MPEG-4 AVC / MPEG-4 part 10 m4v : raw MPEG-4 video format flv : Flash Video (FLV) / Sorenson Spark / Sorenson H.263 Theora wmv :

    MinQtLog2SizeIntraC is usually (eq. (51) from VVCv3) defined as
    

    sps_log2_diff_min_qt_min_cb_intra_slice_chroma + MinCbLog2SizeY
    

    However, in the case ph_log2_diff_min_qt_min_cb_intra_slice_chroma is
    
present, it is instead (eq. (83) from VVCv3) defined as
    

    ph_log2_diff_min_qt_min_cb_intra_slice_chroma + MinCbLog2SizeY
    

    When ph_log2_diff_max_bt_min_qt_intra_slice_chroma and
    
ph_log2_diff_max_tt_min_qt_intra_slice_chroma are present, so is
    
ph_log2_diff_min_qt_min_cb_intra_slice_chroma, and so we should use the
    
second definition of MinQtLog2SizeIntraC, rather than the first, when
    
calculating the bounds for these syntax elements.

    rtmpproto : Handle RTMP chunk size packets before the connect packet

    In all other cases where ff_rtmp_packet_read is used, the packet returned
    
is passed to rtmp_parse_result more or less immediately. In this single
    
case, the content of the packet was required to be a connect packet.
    

    Some clients, e.g. Open Broadcaster Software, send a chunk size packet
    
before the connect packet. If the first packet is a chunk size packet,
    
handle it and read another one, requiring this to be a connect packet
    
instead.

    I am attempting to install FFMPEG on my cloud9 instance. Everything seems to be going peachy until I receive the following :

    I am SUPER ubuntu newb but it seems there is some baked-in version conflict that is stopping this process ?
