• Streaming an IP camera through node.js

  I am trying to get an IP camera stream to run in the browser, and eventually phones. However, I am running into a problem accessing the RTSP stream through ffmpeg.
I am running the command below, substituting the correct info. I changed the camera to a static IP address and copied the IP address to STATIC_IP.

  I do not know what the CSeq 2 expected 1 received line is referring to so I am having trouble diagnosing the problem. Any help is appreciated.

  I'm trying to record my webcam with FFmpeg.

  


  I listed the devices with this line :

  However, if I use a USB cable extender (USB over UTP - This thing consist of two parts : the first one has a male, the second one a female USB A, and they are linked through RJ45 sockets and a Cat5e UTP cable), it does not work at all. The first command prints the same :

  What can be the problem ? Is it the extender cable ? What are FFmpeg's requirement on USB cables (and extenders) ?
