You must have access to your server via SSH and a root account to use it, which will install the dependencies. Contact your provider if you do not have that.

Meaning, let's say the video file is 80 seconds long. 80/70 = 1.1428571428571428571428571428571, ie take a still image each 1143 ms amounting to 70 still images.

It looks like I will need to use the ffmpeg library http://sourceforge.net/projects/ffmpeg-ios/
I did find one ffmpeg tutorial in Japanese ;-) http://qiita.com/tottokotkd/items/d9d376d5993961627aec
Does anyone know of a tutorial on streaming an IP camera using Swift ?

It seems that the BIC specification https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_9362
was interpreted too strictly, only allowing digits 1 and 2 while those 2 just
have a special meaning, but all 1-9 are allowed.Example : SSKNDE77XXX Sparkasse Nuernberg. Closes #1658.
