    Pour un fonctionnement correct et optimal, plusieurs choses sont à prendre en considération.
    Il est important, après avoir installé apache2, mysql et php5, d’installer d’autres logiciels nécessaires dont les installations sont décrites dans les liens afférants.   • Activation de l’inscription des visiteurs

    Il est également possible d’activer l’inscription des visiteurs ce qui permettra à tout un chacun d’ouvrir soit même un compte sur le canal en question dans le cadre de projets ouverts par exemple.
    Pour ce faire, il suffit d’aller dans l’espace de configuration du site en choisissant le sous menus "Gestion des utilisateurs". Le premier formulaire visible correspond à cette fonctionnalité.

  • (Dés)Activation de fonctionnalités (plugins)

    Pour gérer l’ajout et la suppression de fonctionnalités supplémentaires (ou plugins), MediaSPIP utilise à partir de la version 0.2 SVP.
    SVP permet l’activation facile de plugins depuis l’espace de configuration de MediaSPIP.
    Pour y accéder, il suffit de se rendre dans l’espace de configuration puis de se rendre sur la page "Gestion des plugins".
    MediaSPIP est fourni par défaut avec l’ensemble des plugins dits "compatibles", ils ont été testés et intégrés afin de fonctionner parfaitement avec chaque (...)

  • Error concatenating two files with ffmpeg ubuntu

    The following command works fine in OS X :

    ffmpeg -f concat -i videos_playlist.txt -c copy final.mkv

    But when I try to run it on ubuntu i get the following :

    Unknown input format: 'concat'

    Any idea what I'm missing or a possible work around ?

    OS X build :

  • ffmpeg to convert mov to flv

    I’m trying to convert a mov video to flv, but keep getting these errors below.
    There are 2 commands I used, both are below.

    ffmpeg -y -i video.mov -deinterlace -acodec copy -r 25 -qmin 3 -qmax 6 video.flv

    1 more thing please :
    If I use this newer version of ffmpeg to create a video with the below command, I get a video with a very hazy display.
    It’s like a few black dots on a blank screen :

    ffmpeg -i img%d.png -i audio.wav -acodec copy output.mov

    what could be the reason for this display ?

  • Error while extracting subtitle from mkv or m2ts to srt with FFmpeg

    I need to extract subtitles from different video files to .srt format (to use it in html5 video).
    I tried a lot of variant i found with google. But every time i get this error :

    Error while opening encoder for output stream #0:0 - maybe incorrect parameters such as bit_rate, rate, width or height

    I think, this error means that ffmpeg can decode source subtitle but cant encode it to .srt format. All codecs a enabled (i compiled the later ffmpeg version from git a few times with a different configuration).

    Here is the output :
