    Jolie sélection multiple
    Le plugin Chosen permet d’améliorer l’ergonomie des champs de sélection multiple. Voir les deux images suivantes pour comparer.
    Il suffit pour cela d’activer le plugin Chosen (Configuration générale du site > Gestion des plugins), puis de configurer le plugin (Les squelettes > Chosen) en activant l’utilisation de Chosen dans le site public et en spécifiant les éléments de formulaires à améliorer, par exemple select[multiple] pour les listes à sélection multiple (...)

    Ce plugin vise à gérer des sites de mise en ligne de documents de tous types.
    Il crée des "médias", à savoir : un "média" est un article au sens SPIP créé automatiquement lors du téléversement d’un document qu’il soit audio, vidéo, image ou textuel ; un seul document ne peut être lié à un article dit "média" ;

    MediaSPIP utilise le plugin Menus pour gérer plusieurs menus configurables pour la navigation.
    Cela permet de laisser aux administrateurs de canaux la possibilité de configurer finement ces menus.

    I am trying to create a video recorder with Qt. What I did so far was taking a screenshot of a rectangle on the screen and save it. At the end I use ffmpeg to get a video file out of the images.

    I connected a timer’s signal timeout() to my custom slot which takes the snapshot and saves it to my tmp folder. The timer has an intervall of 1000 / 30. That should be 30 times per second. But 1000 / 30 is a little bit more than 33 milliseconds so I cannot really get 30 fps. It’s a bit more.

    I recorded a youtube video with my recorder and everything was smooth but a little bit faster / slower depending on the intervall.

    So my question basically is how do I get really 30 / 40 / 50 / ... fps ?

    ffmpeg : fix implementation of updated input start time

    The current adjustment of input start times just adjusts the tsoffset.
    
And it does so, by resetting the tsoffset to nullify the new start time.
    
This leads to breakage of -copyts, ignoring of input_ts_offset, breaking
    
of -isync as well as breaking wrap correction.
    

    Fixed by taking cognizance of these parameters, and by correcting start times
    
just before sync offsets are applied.

    Changed Paths : Modify /vp9/common/vp9_default_coef_probs.h Modify /vp9/encoder/vp9_tokenize.c New default coefficient/band probabilities. Gives 0.5-0.6% improvement on derf and stdhd, and 1.1% on hd. The old tables basically derive from times that we had only 4x4 or only 4x4 and 8x8 DCTs. Note (...)
