Issues with ffmpeg2theora- Please port your application to avcodec_decode_audio4()
8 août 2016, par sudheerpaturiI am using the latest versions of ffmpeg and ffmpeg2theora for windows. I try to convert an mp4 file(with audio) to an ogv file using this command on terminal
ffmpeg2theora.exe -v 10 input_file_name.mp4
Then its giving out this error.
Image for the OutputI am totally new to using this tool. From my investigation I found that this is because of the new versions. This problem doesn’t exist with the old versions.
Is there any way to get rid of this issue ?

[ffmpeg] : programmatically determine output format when ripping audio from video files
8 août 2018, par fastilyI have some assorted video files (e.g. mkv, webm, mp4, mts) with various codecs (aac, opus, vorbis) that I’d like to extract the audio from. Does ffmpeg offer a way to intelligently determine the correct output format to use ?
Up until now, I’ve been using ffprobe + sed to achieve this result, but it feels sloppy/verbose. Is there a best practice or am I out of luck ?

I know the AVCaptureMovieFileOutput has a method"startRecordingToOutputFileURL : recordingDelegate :".
I just want to know the parameter of URL can be a multicast group address ? Or if is no,what can I do to send the stream video to the multicast group ?
Someone said using ffmpeg,but I nothing about that.Could anybody give some sample demo ?
Any help is appreciated.Thanks a lat in advance.
