• Convert Webp to MP4 file in Python Script [duplicate]

  is there any way to convert Webp file to MP4 in python script ?i want to execute my codes on Heroku

  


  i tried...

• FFmpeg overlay PNG after scaling has not necessary black borders

  I have two PNG files that I want to add to the video :

  but on the final video, they have black borders (they do not have it originally !) Actual Result.. The question is why FFmpeg is adding it on scale effect, and how to avoid adding it ? Command is :

• Streaming an IP camera through node.js

  I am trying to get an IP camera stream to run in the browser, and eventually phones. However, I am running into a problem accessing the RTSP stream through ffmpeg.
I am running the command below, substituting the correct info. I changed the camera to a static IP address and copied the IP address to STATIC_IP.

  I do not know what the CSeq 2 expected 1 received line is referring to so I am having trouble diagnosing the problem. Any help is appreciated.
