    The current form of the messages indicating matches in the white
    
or black lists seems to be a bit too much relying on context.
    

    Make the messages more explicit.

    Handle the URL analog to file_open, it may contain a "file :"
    
prefix. Skip it. Make access checks to file URLs starting
    
with "file :" work.
