    I'm trying to make a video with a picture and 7 hours of wav,There is always a few seconds less audio at the beginning of the video, and the sound becomes smaller.

    This reverts 887d74c47efa70d7d1513e9492d41cf7f88dee0b, because it ignores the
    
maximum allowed numerator/denominator. Even if the result was rounded to zero
    
or infinity, it should not be cause to ignore the maximum allowed number, this
    
"feature" is unintuitive and undocumented.

    aacpsy : avoid psy_band->threshold becoming NaN

    If band->thr is 0.0f, the division is undefined, making norm_fac not a
    
number or infinity, which causes psy_band->threshold to become NaN.
    

    This is passed on to other variables until it finally reaches
    
sce->sf_idx and is converted to an integer (-2147483648).
    

    This causes a segmentation fault when it is used as array index.
