HTML5 audio and video support
13 avril 2011, parMediaSPIP uses HTML5 video and audio tags to play multimedia files, taking advantage of the latest W3C innovations supported by modern browsers.
The MediaSPIP player used has been created specifically for MediaSPIP and can be easily adapted to fit in with a specific theme.
For older browsers the Flowplayer flash fallback is used.

How to create video with dynamic pictures like Facebook Friend's Day video
21 février 2019, par ViniciusHow to create a video with pictures from a user just like Facebook does with their Facebook Friend’s day video ?
Example : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mNWJ_XxfQfU
The intention is to generate this sort of video with images that a visitor will upload to a website. FFMPEG does support images animation but it seems that a bit of 3d animations like the above needs ages to be done with FFMPEG. I wonder if there is an alternative to FFMPEG that can generate this sort of animations, or maybe a software like After Effects that can either generate a template that can be used on ffmpeg (or any command line alternative) or has its own command-line interface that can be executed in a linux machine to do such thing.
Basically, the user would upload the pictures, the server would crop them to have the same size and then it would convert it to a video like the one mentioned above.

Find video resolution and video duration of remote mediafile
22 février 2012, par osgxI want to write an program which can find some metainformation of mediafile. I'm interested in popular video formats, such as avi, mkv, mp4, mov (may be other popular too). I want basically to get :
- Video size (720, 1080, 360 etc)
- Total runtime of video (may be not very exact)
- Number of audio streams
- Name of video codec
- Name of audio codec
There is already the mediainfo, but in my program I want to get information about remote file, which may be accessed via ftp, http, samba ; or even torrent (there are some torrent solutions, which allows to read not-yet downloaded file).
MediaInfo library have no support of samba (smb ://) and mkv format (for runtime).
Also, I want to know, how much data should be downloaded to get this information. I want not to download full videofile because I have no enough disk space.
Is this information in the first 1 or 10 or 100 KiloBytes of the file ? Is it at predictable offset if I know the container name and total file size ?
PS : Platform is Linux, Language is C/C++

Trim video in Android using ffmpeg, audio and video not in sync
8 novembre 2017, par Nidhin RadhI’m creating an Android application which process video files and I’ve used VideoKit library (https://github.com/inFullMobile/videokit-ffmpeg-android) to integrate ffmpeg with the application.
I used the following snippet to trim a video,Command command= videoKit.createCommand()
.overwriteOutput()
.inputPath(ipfile.getAbsolutePath())
.outputPath(opfile.getAbsolutePath())
.customCommand("-ss 10 -t 30 -vcodec "+
"copy -acodec copy -async 1")
.copyVideoCodec()
.experimentalFlag()
.build();
command.execute();Sometimes the output seems to be okay, but sometimes the video and audio are not in sync, i.e. video ends before audio. Most of the time this happens with videos downloaded from YouTube.
Can someone give me an idea to trim videos in android without any problems ?
