    I recently purchased a Security Camera,
    
and it provides an RTSP URL withwhich you can view the video.

    


    So If I run the command VLC rtsp://<ip>/etc</ip> for example,
    &#xA;then I am successfully able to watch the stream from the camera.

    &#xA;

    My question is :
    &#xA;Does FFMPEG provide some command line operation for Saving one Image from an RTSP Stream to disk ?

    &#xA;

    That way I can run this command, and have a .PNG or .JPG file created on disk.

    I'm a ffmpeg newbie.&#xA;I would like my script (on Windows) to output the average PSNR and average SSIM values to a file.&#xA;(but not the values for every frame)&#xA;I can output them to the standard output but not to a file.

    &#xA;

    I use this line :

    &#xA;

    ffmpeg -i ref.avi -i compressed.avi -lavfi  "ssim;[0:v][1:v]psnr" -f null -&#xA;

    &#xA;

    I understand I have to change something here : "-f null -" , but I cannot make it work.

    I have decoder which is not supported for scte 128 caption, Only support scte a53 caption data.I want to convert scte 128 caption data to scte a53 caption data.

    -If any idea or logic to convert scte 128 to a53 caption in ffmpeg.

    -Currently ffmpeg only support scte a53 caption data.I want add support to convert scte 128 data to a53 caption data in ffmpeg.
