     Modify /vp9/encoder/vp9_aq_cyclicrefresh.c



    Set min_block_size for aq_mode=3 to 8x8.

    For real-time mode under cbr, this increases the gain (5-10%)
    for speed 5 (none/little change for 6), on vc-clips.

    I'm working on a project to design a RTMP server in Java to get livestream data and download to flv file. One requirement is that to capture the real-time data, I need to download the recording for every second instead of downloading entire recording when livestream stop. Is there any way to achieve it ? Thanks

    


    tried to download stream into byte array for every second and decode to flv using H.264 but didn't work.

    I need to create a video memory stream from a bitmap array and stream it to the clients in real time.

    Since my application is developed in C# and runs on a windows server I can’t use ffserver(ffmpeg media server).

    Any help would be really appreciated.
