Change the audio of the video based on start and end time

"samplevideo"and sample audio named"sampleaudio". I want to replace the audio of the samplevideo with the sampleaudio starting from 5 sec to 12 sec. Until 5 sec mark the video audio won't change, then sampleaudio starts and lasts for 7 sec.

I tried to come up with ffmpeg command that solves this problem :


ffmpeg -i samplevideo.mp4 -i sampleaudio.aac -ss 20 -map 0:v -map 1:a -c:v copy output.mp4


Problem :

It cuts video starting from 20 sec time mark. What I want is to persist the video and the original audio stream until it hits desired time mark and then use sampleaudio until desired end time.

I would appreciate any help.

Can I keep a persistent RTP connection in Python3 which forwards incoming mpegts segment files ?
20 novembre 2024, par Eric LiangI've been experimenting with ways to implement an live-streaming HTTP server in Python 3.13 (GIL-disabled) which gradually receives
.tssegment files every 1 second in order through PUT requests, saves them temporarily and locally, and delivers the segment files in the same order to a destination which accepts.tssegment files, necessarily through a single persistent connection to the destination.

I have started trying it out with RTP as the protocol, but I've been struggling to keep the connection alive with
ffmpegas I seem to only be able to send 1 segment at a time (which requires a connection restart every time), or send all at once through concat demuxer. I've also experimented with the input toffmpegas a pipe, but that also seems to close immediately upon flushing the pipe with new input once. Other specs include not needing to re-encode so using the option-c copyis fine, the connection should persist even if idle, and I cannot use HLS push to the destination.

Is there a way to do this ? (Lastly, because it's GIL-disabled, I also want to leverage that feature to minimize latency.)

FFMPEG-PHP Error "Sample rate index in program config element does not match the sample rate index configured by the container."
21 novembre 2020, par JonathanAm using FFMPEG installed on a Windows server. I have a PHP webpage that uploads and trims videos using FFMPEG, when I upload MP4's with AAC audio, especially videos over 100mb, I get the following errors in the log output below.


I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to getting this resolved.
