• Could NOT find FFmpeg (missing : swresample) (found version "56.1.0")

  I try to install obs (Open Broadcaster Software) in my Kali Linux 2.

  I follow this instruction. I have no problem until the obs building :

  cmake -DUNIX_STRUCTURE=1 -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr ..

  Where I get this error :

  Could NOT find FFmpeg (missing: swresample) (found version "56.1.0")

  I found this topic but I can’t use this command :

  apt-get -t jessie-backports install libswresample-dev

  Because I am on Kali Linux.

• FFMPEG tpad and AF not working with incorrect duration

  I am live streaming via rtmp with ffmpeg, and I have tpad and AF to add padding to the video and audio of a file.

  


  My version of ffmpeg

  Now it works for as intended for many of the video, except sometimes I will get :

  When this happens the "tpad=start_duration=10:stop_duration=15" -af "adelay=10000|10000" are ignored and no longer take affect.

  


  Has anyone else had this issue ? And do you now how to resolve it ?

  


  Or during a conversion process(we've been converting mov to mp4), is there a way to ensure the file size and duration is correct ?

  I’m trying to stream MP4 videos from my server to YouTube and so I installed FFMPEG version. When I then look at the configuration of FFMPEG, I am then presented with the following :

  However, when I then try

  ffmpeg ---enable-libx264

  I then get an error saying :

  Unrecognized option '--enable-libx264'.
  
  Error splitting the argument list: Option not found

  Do I need to change the configuaration of FFMPEG somehow or run another configuration option first or is there just something wrong with my call to enable libx264 ?
