Is there a way to access all the ffmpeg/libav effects from gstreamer ?

gst-libavpackage containing some encoders/decoders and muxers/demuxers which is good. Howeverffmpegis provided with many other filters that do not seem available in GStreamer.I may have missed something though, which is why I am asking here if there is an obvious way to use these filters from within GStreamer.

Je souhaite faire une nouvelle installation, partir de zéro. Juste pour dire que au moment de faire le choix de la version de spip que je souhaite (je fais le choix de spip-dev) j’ai ce warning qui apparait (cela semble fonctionner quand même) :

ffmpeg : access h264.h
16 février 2012, par Drew CI installed ffmpeg because it is required by an C++ project I am working on that deals with h264 decoding. I can see that the h264.h file is in the ffmpeg project files, but the line
#include <libavcodec></libavcodec>h264.h>in my project results inerror: libavcodec/h264.h: No such file or directoryat compile time. How can I ensure the h264 library is installed and visible to my project ?
