    I'm doing some tracking on video files. First I separate frames using ffmpeg and the for each frame i apply a mask and then perform the tracking algorithm.

    To make this process faster I'm thinking about reading only the parts I need. like reading the part that I apply the mask or better than that reading boxes around the previous positions of objects. So I'm looking for a way to decode and read a specific part of a specific frame from a video file. Is there any way to do that ?

    Fix loopfilter bug

    In the rare case were 4x4 interior filtering was called for but no
    8x8 or larger filtering takes place, the previous code was skipping
    the filtering. This patch fixes the issue by including the interior
    mask in the overall mask for the filter application loops.

    I'm making a bot which outputs a mp3 file to the voice chat with discord.py, It works localy by using :

    


    vc.play(discord.FFmpegPCMAudio(executable="ffmpeg/bin/ffmpeg.exe", source=noise.mp3))

    


    However I'm now hosting it on Heroku, i have the buildpack installed but how can my code access it in replacement of the code above
