    19 mai 2013, par user1744691

I want to get stream of an ip-cam on my iPhone/iPad and want to display it on screen. By R&D i found that ffmpeg is the only way to achieve it but i found nothing on ffmpeg. Is there any other way to achieve it or a confirmed way to get compiled ffmpeg on mac please mention that. Material regarding how to use ffmepg or source code example will be highly appreciated.

Is there nothing built-in framework to achieve it if not then please mention if there is any free framework/sdk to achieve this functionality.

    Thanks

  • iPhone slow motion video transcode

    28 septembre 2019, par coverboy

I’m developing upload video (taken from iPhone) to my server.

However, I have no idea how to implement.

Any source code objective-c or swift will be welcomed.

    I have 120fps or 240fps video (It’s a slo-mo).
When I playback these video on my iPhone6. I can see slo-mo effect.
(I know playback frame rate is 30fps.)

I want to convert that video before upload to my server, from 120/240 fps to 30fps video. (I mean not adjusting playback frame rate, it means video transcode to 30fps.)
Additionally, I want to check slo-mo effect start-point and end-point.
(Maybe iPhone record this information to video binary(it might be reside in file’s header.)

Well, I guess if I use ffmpeg library, it should be easy(?).

So any suggestions will be welcomed.

  • Extract audio from Transport Stream and preserve length

    15 décembre 2015, par yuiu

I’m using ffmpeg to extract audio from MPEG Transport Stream file recorded by DVB-S card. The command :

    ffmpeg -i video.ts -vn audio.wav

The source file seems to be corrupted. I noticed the corruption happens from time to time, especially for videos longer than 1 hour. I’ve got errors like these :

    [mp2 @ 0x1bb5500] Header missing
    Error while decoding stream #0:1
[mpegts @ 0x17eaf40] Continuity check failed for pid 5261 expected 2 got 6

The problem is that the resulting audio.wav is shorter than the source video (40m33s and 40m59s accordingly). I’m looking for the way to preserve the original length in the resulting audio file.

I tried the recent ffmpeg under Windows and avconv under Ubuntu, output format was MP3 and WAV. For every case I’ve got the same results.
