MediaSPIP 0.1 Beta version

The zip file provided here only contains the sources of MediaSPIP in its standalone version.

HTML5 audio and video support
13 avril 2011, parMediaSPIP uses HTML5 video and audio tags to play multimedia files, taking advantage of the latest W3C innovations supported by modern browsers.
The MediaSPIP player used has been created specifically for MediaSPIP and can be easily adapted to fit in with a specific theme.
For older browsers the Flowplayer flash fallback is used.

How to extract MP4 seekpoints information from PHP/FFmpeg/MP4Box/Anything ?

Keyframe - Time Range (in seconds) - Offset (in bytes)
Example :
0 - 0s - 772621 - 0.5s - 144183
2 - 1s - 222965
3 - 1.5s - 293303
4 - 2s - 362199
5 - 2.5s - 431178
