    MediaSPIP automatically converts uploaded files to internet-compatible formats.
    Video files are encoded in MP4, Ogv and WebM (supported by HTML5) and MP4 (supported by Flash).
    Audio files are encoded in MP3 and Ogg (supported by HTML5) and MP3 (supported by Flash).
    Where possible, text is analyzed in order to retrieve the data needed for search engine detection, and then exported as a series of image files.

    I have deploy a node js app on a windows server that decode my ip cam by ffmpeg and jsmpeg that working very well .

    


    On client side i can call the live cam rtsp stream by websocket on my phone .

    


    What i want to do is to control app.js from my phone to stop or restart the app.js

i use this code

    by this code always the bitrate come to high like average 2000-2500 the finiel files come to high for watching online for ex 1 EP for series come like 1 Giga
i want to control it to get out average 1000-1200 to make the size come not to high for watching online
