  • Multilang : améliorer l’interface pour les blocs multilingues

    Multilang est un plugin supplémentaire qui n’est pas activé par défaut lors de l’initialisation de MediaSPIP.
    Après son activation, une préconfiguration est mise en place automatiquement par MediaSPIP init permettant à la nouvelle fonctionnalité d’être automatiquement opérationnelle. Il n’est donc pas obligatoire de passer par une étape de configuration pour cela.

    Pour ceux qui connaissent bien SPIP, une catégorie peut être assimilée à une rubrique.
    Dans le cas d’un document de type catégorie, les champs proposés par défaut sont : Texte
    On peut modifier ce formulaire dans la partie :
    Administration > Configuration des masques de formulaire.
    Dans le cas d’un document de type média, les champs non affichés par défaut sont : Descriptif rapide
    Par ailleurs, c’est dans cette partie configuration qu’on peut indiquer le (...)

    I have run python bar_chart_race successfully in jupyter notebook.

    I have ffmpeg installed on my machine.

    However, when I tried the same code in rmarkdown with rstudio reticulate,

    ffmpeg works fine with R animated graph packages in rstudio, and with python bar_chart_race. I have tried to re-install ffmpeg several times. Any advice would be appreciated.

    


  • ffmpeg export without color loss

    I'm trying to add a watermark to a video through ffmpeg, but all the exports result in loss of color information. I would like to retain the same color information as the original video, how do I do that ?

    


    Currently, I use this code :

    


    ./ffmpeg -i input.MOV -loop 1 -i logo.png -codec:v libx264 -crf 18 -preset medium -filter_complex "


    


    I realised the only way to not lose the color information is to set -crf to 0 and -preset to veryslow, but it results in a really large file size. (2 times the size of original video, which is not effective)

    


    I also get this error when I run ffpmeg :

    


    [swscaler @ 0x117577000] deprecated pixel format used, make sure you did set range correctly

    So I'm writing a c# application which allows a user to scale a video in pixels to a custom dimension. I am strugeling to get the user input from a textbox for the mpeg psi arguments :
