    I want to extract and analyze per CTU or per macro-block information such as QP value from a encoded video file.

    


    All the methods I found are either changing the ffmpeg source code or deprecated tools. Also other questions are not answered correctly.
I wanted to know if there is a simple, straight forward and up to date tutorial on how to extract QP values from an encoded video file using tools such as HM or ffmpeg.
Even if the only way to do it is to change the source code of ffmpeg please provide a clear explanation of what to do and change.

    I have a serial camera plugged-in on my linux os. I would like to capture image using FFMPEG but the all example are webcam and ip camera. I also visit this link to see the list of devices https://www.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg-devices.html. But i cant see the serial camera examples. My serial cam location is on /dev/ttyS0.
    In my C++ program i can capture image from my serial camera..

    I have 2 IP addresses on my server.

    $curl --interface eth0 ifconfig.co      
    
111.111.111.111
    

    
 $curl --interface eth0:0 ifconfig.co      
    
222.222.222.222

    So via curl I can switch via interfaces so my IP address changes when I visit any url based on eth IP

    How can I use same thing via ffmpeg ?

    For example, if want to access this video via ffmpeg (it uses 111.111.111.111 to access it)

     ffmpeg -i 123.com/video.mp4

    how can I access same video from my second IP 222.222.222.222 ?

    Is there any command like this, perhaps ?

    ffmpeg --interface eth0:0  -i 123.com/video.mp4
