    The Canopus Lossless decoder uses several VLCs and if initializing the
    
ith VLC fails, all the VLCs 0..i have been freed ; the ith VLC's table is
    
initialized to NULL for this purpose. Yet it is totally unnecessary to
    
free the ith VLC table at all : ff_init_vlc_sparse() cleans up after
    
itself on error and if an error happens before ff_init_vlc_sparse(),
    
the ith VLC hasn't been touched yet and doesn't need freeing.

    Also add the canopus essence element to the list of the recognized essence

    I am using AWS Chime to record interaction of two or more than two participants, I want to process this and build a final video.

    While making final video I want to mask one participant's video with some generic image and everything I want to do using Java.

    &#xA;

    Is there any library available which can help me to do this ? I'm using Python as of today, ffmpeg library.
