    Dans MédiaSPIP, une rubrique a 2 noms : catégorie et rubrique.
    Les différents documents stockés dans MédiaSPIP peuvent être rangés dans différentes catégories. On peut créer une catégorie en cliquant sur "publier une catégorie" dans le menu publier en haut à droite ( après authentification ). Une catégorie peut être rangée dans une autre catégorie aussi ce qui fait qu’on peut construire une arborescence de catégories.
    Lors de la publication prochaine d’un document, la nouvelle catégorie créée sera proposée (...)

  • Récupération d’informations sur le site maître à l’installation d’une instance

    Utilité
    Sur le site principal, une instance de mutualisation est définie par plusieurs choses : Les données dans la table spip_mutus ; Son logo ; Son auteur principal (id_admin dans la table spip_mutus correspondant à un id_auteur de la table spip_auteurs)qui sera le seul à pouvoir créer définitivement l’instance de mutualisation ;
    Il peut donc être tout à fait judicieux de vouloir récupérer certaines de ces informations afin de compléter l’installation d’une instance pour, par exemple : récupérer le (...)

    Formulaire de création d’une catégorie
    Pour ceux qui connaissent bien SPIP, une catégorie peut être assimilée à une rubrique.
    Dans le cas d’un document de type catégorie, les champs proposés par défaut sont : Texte
    On peut modifier ce formulaire dans la partie :
    Administration > Configuration des masques de formulaire.
    Dans le cas d’un document de type média, les champs non affichés par défaut sont : Descriptif rapide
    Par ailleurs, c’est dans cette partie configuration qu’on peut indiquer le (...)

  • How to normalize subtitles ?

    I have developed a multimedia player based on ffmpeg framework. Now I adding support for subtitles. So instead of covering all the subtitle format on player side, I want to normalize and maintain single format in the streaming server. So, can anybody suggest me which is the best format for subtitles ? I will convert all the incoming subtitle formats to the best format available ? Many thanks in advance.

  • lossless Video Codec with RGB48 support

    I am looking for a video codec with the following specs :

    • (mathematically) lossless
    • takes frames with RGB48 pixel format (16 bit bpc)
    • possibility to use via libav

    I cannot use something like VP9 because it supports only YUV color space and the RGB - YUV conversion is connected with a loss of information.

    Anyone any idea ? Thanks in advance !

  • Is it allowed to embed the ffmpeg.exe in my project ? [on hold]

    I have written a program that, among other things, does some audio format converting. I use a library which in turn uses the ffmpeg.exe for this. So at the moment, the user needs to have ffmpeg in the same directory as the program itself. But what I would prefer is to add ffmpeg to my project as an embedded resource, so that the users don’t need to care about that. And now my question is, as I have seen that ffmpeg is licensed under LGPL, would it be legal to do so ? Or do the users explicitly have to get ffmpeg by themself ?
