    The zip file provided here only contains the sources of MediaSPIP in its standalone version.

  • Multilang : améliorer l’interface pour les blocs multilingues

    Multilang est un plugin supplémentaire qui n’est pas activé par défaut lors de l’initialisation de MediaSPIP.
    Après son activation, une préconfiguration est mise en place automatiquement par MediaSPIP init permettant à la nouvelle fonctionnalité d’être automatiquement opérationnelle. Il n’est donc pas obligatoire de passer par une étape de configuration pour cela.

    I'm writing a Python application where one part is capturing and storing .jpg images on a Minio server running locally. The other part is used to create a video from the batch of images.

    


    I'm limited with storage and processing on the server its running on, so I've been trying to assemble the images directly from Minio (without downloading them first), but no luck at all.

    


    Any advice or alternatives would be greatly appreciated.

    


  • Can I use ffmpeg to create multi-bitrate (MBR) MPEG-4 videos ?

    I am currently in a webcam streaming server project that requires the function of dynamically adjusting the stream's bitrate according to the client's settings (screen sizes, processing power...) or the network bandwidth. The encoder is ffmpeg, since it's free and open sourced, and the codec is MPEG-4 part 2. We use live555 for the server part.

    How can I encode MBR MPEG-4 videos using ffmpeg to achieve this ?

    I am planning to build a small Android JAVA application that compresses images and videos. I did the image compression part and my .apk size is 1.5MB. However when I do the video compression part by using ffmpeg the application size goes up to 20.0MB. This library has tons of features that I am not using. I only need a simple video compression module to add.

    Is there any other video compression methods or functions that will be useful ?
