  • Error installing pHash on Ubuntu

    So I was trying to install the pHash libraries on Ubuntu. I’ve installed all the required packages running this command :

    apt-get install libavformat-dev libmpg123-dev libsamplerate-dev libsndfile-dev cimg-dev libavcodec-dev ffmpeg libswscale-dev

    Then I run ./configure and everything seems ok, I got this :

  • MAMP unable to load ffmpeg.so

    I'm trying to get MAMP to load ffmpeg.so. Instead, I keep getting this error :

    I'm not quite sure what to make of the "Unknown" in the error message.. Any ideas ?

    I've seen a few posts suggesting commenting out the following lines in /Applications/MAMP/Library/bin/envvars :

    DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH="/Applications/MAMP/Library/lib :$DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH"
    export DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH

    But all it does is prevent MAMP from starting again afterwards.
