    Good morning. There is one question about FFMPEG.

    I’m using FFMPEG to study C ++ on Linux.

    When the camera spirituality is RTSP and the format is H.264,

    I would like to determine if the camera image is a blue screen, but the following concepts are confusing.

    1. KeyFrame comes in 1 second or every X seconds cycle. Does the KeyFrame get delivered from the camera even if it is still the same image ?

    2. If the KeyFrame is delivered, is the size of the packet transmitted between the cycles zero ?

    3. If the above method is the same as normal image, should I compare the individual frames after decoding ?

    If you do not have any of these questions, please let me know if you have a good way.

    I have a question, if this can be done with ffmpeg. If not, please suggest a plugin or a tool.
My basic need is, I have a video shot from the moving car, and speed is recorded into an excel file, with time and current speed as well as various other parameters.

    


    How can I output this video that combines a video footage with a changing graph, I will align the first record of the dataset with the first frame of the video, and then need to plot that line right over the video. As video progresses, the chart is updated from the excel dataset :

    I need to break a video into frames (60fps) and frame name must be in the fashion of %d_hh-mm-ss.ms.png, Or, any solution that gives frame name, and the time in excel file will work

    


    Note : - time here must be the time at which the frame appeared in the video
